Pacific inline pail and JIB fillers are capable of filling light to semi-viscous products and they can be configured with up to four filling nozzles. Dual-position positive shut-off valves are also an available option that provides variable flow control for slow/fast/slow or fast/slow filling. Product supply tanks and pumps can also be integrated into the filling system to save space and improve filling performance.

Pacific’s inline filling capabilities accommodate a wide range of liquids including cleaning products, laundry products, automotive lubricants, edible oils, condiments, and sauces. Our inline fillers are offered as filler-only standalone models or they can be supplied with PackWest inline capping systems or Zalkin single head capping systems.
