Flexible design
The PRO-515 is designed to apply pressure-sensitive labels to round containers. With the upgraded One Side Apply option and a tap of a button, you can easily adjust the settings to apply labels to one side of flat-surfaced containers. The machine’s speed adjusts according to your container’s flat surface.

Servo Label Head
The label applicator for the PRO-516 is powered by a servo-driven motor, which monitors and provides an instant feedback signal for fast and consistent label placement. The servo drive receives a command, amplifies the signal, and transmits electric current to the label head so that all movement is precise and efficient.
Vertical Trunnion System
The PRO-516 features a Vertical Trunnion System allowing your labels to be wrapped around cylindrical products at high rates of speed. The vertical rollers keep the product consistent and stable which stops them from tipping or shifting during the labeling process. This prevents any kind of label skewing so your products look their very best every time.
Dual 20″ Unwind with Splicing Station
In order to help eliminate downtime due to roll changes, the PRO-516 features a Dual 20″ Unwind with Splicing Station. This feature provides a continuous supply of labels to your applicator machine by allowing you to put two rolls of labels on the 20″ supply reels.
Screw Feed Indexing System
The PRO-516 standard machine comes with a screw feed indexing system. This design enables the machine to precisely control the indexing and spacing of each product. Precise indexing equates to higher throughput and accuracy by feeding a product to the label head immediately once it’s ready for its next label cycle.
